Transform yourself



How many times have we heard someone say, "I don't deal well with change?" Strangely enough, they actually believe the words that they were speaking, but nothing could be further from the truth. We all live in an ever-changing environment and ecosystem and guess what? We, as humanbeings, are changing, as well, whether we are aware of it or not. Scientists have confirmed that that our body cells are replaced every seven years. In addition, our bodies house approximately 50-75 trillon cells and approximately 14% of our interneurons show structural modifications on a daily basis. Regardless of what you feel or think, change is happening within us and around us all the time and it doesn't matter how we personally feel about it. Change is just another way in which we transform. Transformation is constantly part of our experience on a daily basis, whether it is a mental paradigm shift , emotional mood swings or a physical change. What change are you making as a personal goal this year? Have you developed a strategic plan to transform yourself? Your reputation? Your outlook? Your viewpoint? Your perspective? Many people have a goal to change someone else and therelies the beginning of frustration, anger, stress and mental anquish. All of those negative emotions persist until we realize that we can only control and change ourselves and how we respond to the actions of others. Transformation is a personal decision that must be a commitment, based on a personal belief or else it will not be permanent modification. Take the time to discover who you really are and what contribution you intend to make in this life. What transformation is needed for you to be the best representation of YOU?
