Take the Happy Challenge!

In case you missed it earlier this year, you can still take the Happy Challenge! What is it? It's just an opportunity to find your happy. We all tend to leave our happy someplace or lose it every now and then, so it's important to take the time to go and find it again. LOL! Go ahead and indulge yourself. Let me know how it made you feel. PM Day 1: Clean out your closet and donate all of your used clothing. Day 2: Buy a cup of coffee or tea for a local public servant such as a policeman, fireman or postman. Everyone likes to feel appreciated. Day 3: Replace the photos in your frames or change the digital images on your screensavers to change the energy in your environment. Day 4: Make a list of 20 things that you love about yourself. Day 5: Make a list of things that you appreciate right now in this present moment.
